centre at the coronal third of the root shifts towards the mesial as it advances apically (Fig

7A). Since the file has decentralized, it was suspected that an additional canal is located
opposite to the file offset, in this case, towards the distal. Post-obturation radiograph
confirmed said suspicion (Fig 7B). Lateral and accessory canals can also be seen present
in all three roots, demonstrating the complexity of each individual root canal system (Fig
7C).
