            Expect an additional canal if the file is not centered at the middle




            of the root

                                                            When checking the working length (WL) of  16
                                                            mesiobuccal  canal,  note  that  the  file  was  not
                                                            located  at  the  centre  of  the  corresponding
                                                            root,  another  canal  was  suspected  to  be
                                                            present at the opposite side of where the file
                                                            offsets to.

                     Three  roots  (mesiobuccal,  distobuccal,  palatal)  were  identified  on  the
