                                                         Open  and drainage procedure  was performed when
                                                         the patient presented to the clinic to prevent disease
                                                         progression  into  cellulitis.  The  patient  was  told  to

                                                         return  in  2-3  days  to  complete  retreatment,  but  he
                                                         did  not  return  until  2  months  later,  resulting  in
                                                         questionable  prognosis  and  increased  difficulty
                                                         during retreatment.
