The patient presented to the clinic for consultation with her aunt (legal
guardian).

CC: Referred by orthodontist for evaluation of lower incisors
HCC: The patient reported a lack of confidence due to the way her teeth look

and wants to have a better smile. She reported no history of pain. She
eats slowly and often needs soft food as her gums are always red and

swollen. The patient denied any previous trauma and could not recall if
