The patient reported multiple periodontally-involved teeth were extracted five
years ago and an all-on-8 implant-supported maxillary denture was placed a year

ago by an implant specialist due to concerns with the removable denture. An

implant at 47 site was placed at the same time.

The patient reported multiple attempts of No endodontic concerns were observed of 36

occlusal adjustment to the denture with and 37, however, the implant specialist had
pain on the lower right, a second implant informed the patient that the occlusal
specialist had referred her for endodontic discrepancy and pain from the denture originated

consultation in case of 46 fracture. from 36 and 37, and had recommended
