S Age/Gender: 40 M
CC: “Swelling on my gum”
HCC: The patient reported swelling on the upper buccal gingiva that started a
few weeks ago. He remembered having previous swellings in the same
area that disappears after 4~5 days once the pus comes out. The patient
reported no history of trauma. In addition, he was set to leave the
country for work for the next few months, thus wanting treatment before
he leaves.
DH: Fixed orthodontics completed as a teenager. Invisalign completed a year
ago.
