1-year post-op – The patient reported 3-years post-op – The patient was very
normal masticatory function with no happy with the treatment result. The
discomfort to apical palpation or lesion has completely healed and the

percussion. lamina dura has reformed.

CC: “Swelling on my gum”

HCC: The patient recalls recurrent parulis developing on the upper left mucosa
whenever she was stressed during her student years which disappears

after a while even without treatment. Recently, she became worried
about this “tongue-like bump” that’s growing inside her mouth.

O I/O: Generally healthy dentition

Anterior open bite
Pit and fissure caries in posterior teeth
