                       6-months – Clinical examination showed no sensitivity to percussion or

                                    palpation with normal gingival contour and colour of  25 (Fig
                                    25N); Radiographic examination revealed partial healing of  25
                                                                                                       #
                                    apical lesion with reformation of the lamina dura (Fig 25O).
                       1-year – The patient reported normal masticatory function with no

                                    discomfort and a radiograph showed complete healing of the

                                    apical lesion (Fig 25P).
                       3-years – The patient is still very happy with the treatment result and

                                    claimed she nearly forgot she’s ever had the mucosal lesion;
                                    Radiographic examination confirmed complete reformation of

                                    lamina dura around tooth  25 (Fig 25Q).
