The referring dentist reported that they have extracted tooth 16 and
confirmed that the palatal root indeed has a vertical root fracture (Fig 46Q,
46R).

4) 16 Sinus lift + Implant + Crown (8-months after extraction) (Fig 46S)
A panoramic radiograph was also taken at this appointment, which showed

dense and enlarged bone at the angle of the mandible (Fig 46T). This is an
indication of the heavy bite forces of the patient’s masticatory muscles.
