15-years ago – The patient presented to the clinic with TMJ pain and

generalized sensitivity to hot and cold. He was diagnosed with bruxism (Fig
46A), and a nightguard was fabricated. However, the patient has a highly

stressful job and has since broken multiple appliances and even his tooth as well
(Fig 46B).
