2-months – 46 apical lesion has healed and the lamina dura reformed (Fig

27J, 27K). The widened PDL at 46 distal has also returned to
normal.

1-year – The patient returned to clinic due to concerns with increased
#
mobility and abscess around tooth 46, the principal dentist
#
removed 46 crown as it was loose, updated a radiograph and
determined that the abscess originated from tooth 45 (Fig 27L).

3-years – Complete reformation of lamina dura around 45 and 46 (Fig
27M). The patient was happy with the function and treatment
result in Q4.
